Homestead Training
Here at The Canine Homestead we offer a variety of training programs for your pup through many stages of their lives. Not only do we offer owner lead lesson programs and puppy lessons, some of our best sellers are the Homestead Training programs where we board and train your pup to get them all ready for you to take them home and reinforce the skills they learned here with us. 10 DAY Homestead Training
Our initiate level of board and train program, The 10 Day Homestead Training, designed to teach your pup the basic commands and the accountability that comes with them. Leash Mechanics along with positive reinforcement are used to build a routine around the homestead. When it comes to accountability, owners have a choice, the e-collar (for more stubborn and/or more reactive pups) or the pager collar (a vibrate only collar for our more timid pups).

20 DAY
Homestead Training
The 20 Day Homestead Training is our most advanced package. With this package we board and train your pup for the entirety of the 20 days, during which we get to expand on everything taught in our 10 Day Homestead Training. Day 1-10 are always the same, consistent guidance with fair accountability in a familiar setting (the homestead). Days 11-20 are where we increase the challenge by taking your pup out of their comfort zone and introducing them to a variety of locations and scenarios.
